There comes a moment when yoga becomes more than movement. It becomes a path—a way of living, healing, and sharing something meaningful with the world.
At Mandala Yoga Retreat, our 30-Day 500-Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training is designed for those who want more than a certificate. It is an immersive experience that deepens your practice, strengthens your confidence, and prepares you to teach with authenticity and compassion.
Nestled in the peaceful hills overlooking Kathmandu, our retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from everyday distractions and fully dedicate yourself to yoga. Surrounded by Himalayan nature, fresh mountain air, and a supportive community, you'll discover the space to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and awaken your inner teacher.
Whether your dream is to teach professionally, expand your existing knowledge, or continue your personal spiritual journey, this training provides the knowledge, experience, and guidance to help you grow.
A great yoga teacher is shaped by many teachers, not just one.
At Mandala Yoga Retreat, you'll study with a dedicated faculty of experienced instructors from Nepal and India, each bringing unique expertise in yoga philosophy, meditation, anatomy, Ayurveda, pranayama, alignment, and holistic healing.
Rather than learning one perspective, you'll experience different teaching styles and traditions, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yoga and discover your own authentic voice as a teacher.
Because we keep our groups small, every student receives personal guidance, constructive feedback, and genuine support throughout the training. Learn from a diverse team of highly qualified yoga teachers, each bringing specialized knowledge and years of practical teaching experience.
Every student arrives here carrying a different story.
Some are searching for direction.
Some already teach but feel something is missing.
Some are simply ready to go deeper than their current practice allows.
This 500-Hour Best Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal is created for all of them.
You are not required to follow a fixed path such as a 200-hour course first. If you feel called to step fully into yoga, you can begin directly with this 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). For many, this becomes a more complete and meaningful journey than taking separate certifications over time.
For those who have already completed a 200-Hour or 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, this course offers a chance to return to the foundation with new eyes—learn new things, new topics most demanded in worldwide yoga, some refining what you already know and experiencing yoga in a deeper, more integrated way than before.
Each day unfolds through practice and experience, not just theory. You learn by observing, practicing, teaching, and receiving guidance in real time. Slowly, teaching stops feeling like something you "perform" and becomes something that flows naturally through you.
Over time, you begin to trust your presence in front of others. You understand how to hold space without forcing it. You learn to guide a class in a way that feels steady, natural, and alive.
By the end of this 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal, you step forward not just with certification, but with lived understanding—ready to share yoga in studios, retreats, and communities anywhere in the world.
There comes a moment in life when you stop looking for more information—and start looking for something real.
Not another course.
Not another certification.
But a space where your practice becomes deeper, quieter, and more meaningful.
At Mandala Yoga Retreat, the 500-Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in Nepal is created for that moment.
Set in the peaceful hills above Kathmandu, this is a place where the noise of everyday life slowly fades, and what remains is simple: breath, movement, awareness, and time to reconnect with yourself.
This is not just a yoga course. It is a lived experience of yoga in its most complete form.
People arrive here from many countries, but the reason is often the same.
They are looking for depth, not speed.
Clarity, not confusion.
Experience, not theory alone.
